It's not a job your NCO can always hold your hand and you can't look up and ask what's next all the time for every little question, you have to find that obscure ass anwser or source or bare minimum point them to best source. It's not all bad there's some fun parts here and there but starting off you will need to be a self-starter and research Reg/Milper etc. You have to be good at multi-tasking and good coordination with your peers and shop in general. Alot of people say aww it's an easy job, but you will be pretty busy in general, I've had alot of days as a SPC doing all the customer service on top of whatever section you have assigned Leaves/Finance, Action, Awards, Strength. Lifestyle completely depends unit wise some BN's you will be the reg 0630-1700 or 1800 and UTC or you might get a slow unit (hopefully who wants to get burnt out by optempo).
