The third time I watched it, it actually physically left a bad taste in my mouth, thank god for popcorn. Just give them the razzle dazzle crap or whatever? It really is sad just how empty this movie is. The official cast members and first cast image for Star Wars: Episode VII (2015) have been released for. Who even needs real developed characters. Rollo Tomasi ApStar Wars Episode 7 Cast and Image Revealed. God forbid challenge people's short attention spans. Because that would be too long and boring, wouldn't it. The characters hardly develop or learn anything and Rey's transition to a Jedi is so fast and forced, you can see how how obvious that the writers were too lazy to even bother to give give her a proper arc and story and make her feel like an actual human we can care about. As a new threat to the galaxy rises, Rey, a desert scavenger, and Finn, an ex-stormtrooper, must join Han Solo and Chewbacca to search for the one hope of restoring peace. The dialogue is so shallow and paper thin, it's like the writers just gave up. The characters are so aloof and seem almost brain dead. The movie is nothing more than a shadow of the previous movies. It has great looking effects, but it's only there to hide the fact that once you look past all the superficial razzle dazzle to hide the mess underneath. It's completely hollow with nothing beyond its visuals The movie is well shot, I'll say that. But after seeing it again, I realised something is off, something is not right about this movie. I'll admit the first time I saw it at the movies I thought it was pretty good, and i watched it another two times with friends and family over the course of a month before it finally left theatres. This film really is nothing more than an Advertisement.

Special thanks to the contributors of the open-source code that was used in this project: Elastic Search, WordNet, and note that Reverse Dictionary uses third party scripts (such as Google Analytics and advertisements) which use cookies. The definitions are sourced from the famous and open-source WordNet database, so a huge thanks to the many contributors for creating such an awesome free resource. In case you didn't notice, you can click on words in the search results and you'll be presented with the definition of that word (if available). For those interested, I also developed Describing Words which helps you find adjectives and interesting descriptors for things (e.g. Links to all of the Lightning strike fly tying hooks Barlow’s offer are below as well. Barlow’s stock Lightning strike fly tying hooks in dry fly, wet fly, nymph, streamer styles and also in very economical packaged assortments. So this project, Reverse Dictionary, is meant to go hand-in-hand with Related Words to act as a word-finding and brainstorming toolset. Lightning strike hooks are manufactured to the highest standards of quality for fly tying hooks. That project is closer to a thesaurus in the sense that it returns synonyms for a word (or short phrase) query, but it also returns many broadly related words that aren't included in thesauri. I made this tool after working on Related Words which is a very similar tool, except it uses a bunch of algorithms and multiple databases to find similar words to a search query. So in a sense, this tool is a "search engine for words", or a sentence to word converter. Active ingredient dinotefuran kills house flies and nuisance flies quickly. It acts a lot like a thesaurus except that it allows you to search with a definition, rather than a single word. Fly control bait for the low level of the farm. The engine has indexed several million definitions so far, and at this stage it's starting to give consistently good results (though it may return weird results sometimes). For example, if you type something like "longing for a time in the past", then the engine will return "nostalgia". Common house flies and blowflies can infect your rabbit. Causes of flystrike in rabbits can be from loose stools, disabled or injured, overweight and dirty living conditions. It simply looks through tonnes of dictionary definitions and grabs the ones that most closely match your search query. "Tried it and 100% works, I just bought the 'living basil' from Asda for £1," recommended one person.Īnother simply said: "Basil plant on the windowsill. The way Reverse Dictionary works is pretty simple. You can pick up fresh mint from any supermarket, for example at Asda for 90p. Flies and ants hate it." Another agreed, commenting: "Mint, they hate it, have some in the window sill." The post received over 100 comments, but there was one tip in particular that stood out because of its simplicity - and the deterrent actually smells good. Quick Strike Scatter Bait kills 7 times more house flies (based on treating carbamate-resistant fly. A Facebook user asked on the Mrs Hinch Cleaning Tips page: "Loads of flies everywhere in my house. Contains Z-9 tricosene to attract flies to bait. Other cheap and easy ways to get rid of flies include buying some fresh herbs. The pests will become trapped because they can't navigate back up the narrow opening or they will be unable to fly if their wings get wet. Flies smell the bait and fly into the bottle to get to it, and once inside, they are easily trapped as they fly down the neck of the bottle. Sugar can be purchased from Asda for 89p, reports The Mirror. Spread some sugar water around the mouth of the bottle to attract the pests, before punching two holes at the top of the bottle to put string through so you can hang the trap where you want. It personally took me two cycles to get accepted to med school and one of the biggest differences the second time around was that I had two LOR's from physicians I worked with (one MD, one DO both of which were very strong as they allowed me to read them). You will very likely form close relationships with your docs. Nearly all outpatient clinics run from 8-5 at most and are not open during weekends and holidays (generally). Intensity of clinic varies by physician/specialty, but it will predictable on a daily basis. You will likely work with the same 1-2 physicians (depending on their schedules and your availability) and your shifts will be consistent. Outpatient clinics are typically much more chill to scribe in. Now I will outline the straight positives and negatives of my experience so that you can judge how things can be while working for SA: In my two years of training new scribes I only had to fire a single scribe at this stage! Again, you're training experience is going to vary depending on your clinical site and your trainer! Some docs/specialties are inherently more difficult than others and some trainers could be assholes. Ideally we liked to have to trainees done with 6-7 training shifts but would do up to 10 if needed. We just start you out small doing only a few things in charts (like just writing the HPI) and then gradually add in more elements of the chart and more patients as you progress. I cannot relate to how this process goes in the ER (I imagine its more stressful and hectic), it can be fairly chill depending on your patient clinic. Floor training seems to be the most dreaded part of the training due to the intensity of it. The online training (ScribeU) is pretty straightforward and while we do stress and enforce the "80% to pass" rule, as long as you put forth the effort to keep up with the material and study a little bit it shouldn't be too hard. Our facility also seemingly had lower requirements for their onboarding as well which is nice (only really need to get a TB test, didn't have to worry about vaccines/titers or drug test). Myself, our Senior Account Manager, and other chief scribes were usually very on top of trying to get people set up and onboarded with the company in as timely a manner as we could. As for setting up training, this is something that varies depending on your clinical and how good your managers are. Other accessory questions are asked but these are less important and as long as you don't give any major red flags you should be all good. Typically we liked to see above 50 wpm but would still hire if you were above 40. The next thing we care about is typing speed. If you are a recent graduate coming in looking for full time hours, we usually salivated at that and wanted to hire you immediately. When we interview candidates, the biggest thing we are looking at is your availability. Given my experience in management with this company for so long, I will give some general insights into the hiring and training process. I did not work in the ER so all my experience relates only to scribing in the outpatient setting. For most of this time I also worked as a Chief Scribe. I recently just finished working with SA after scribing for two years at a larger hospital program (several specialties that were all outpatient). Now I'm not going to be blindly defend this company nor ignore these criticisms, but I wanted to give my honest experience to give any prospective scribes an idea of what they may be getting into. Working as a scribe is obviously a very popular job that many premeds use to gain clinical experience, but the common thing I typically see is people heavily criticize ScribeAmerica. I've lurked in this subreddit for awhile, but have never posted. Additionally, be aware that a transliteration of the name could be inappropriate or even offensive in the target language.įor example, a Russian to English transliteration of the word ‘Hi’ would be Привет, pronounced as “pree-vyet”.Īnother example, the Romanian name Alexandru Cazacu. Consistency is important so it is a good idea to check whether their name has been transliterated before. There are sometimes different ways of transliterating a name in a given language. It helps knowing how a word is pronounced in a foreign language. Transliteration expresses the sound of how a word is pronounced in the source language, in the alphabet of the target language. Additionally, the sounds of the words are usually entirely different.įor example, a Spanish to English translation would be ‘Hola’ to ‘Hello’, both words sounding completely different, yet carrying the same message. The words a translator uses do not have to be identical in both the source and target language the crucial element is the meaning. However, there are some important differences between them. What is a transliteration and how is it different to a translation?Īre translation and transliteration the same?
